Finished the canals, they're all blended into the river now. Huzzah! Also uploaded larger resolution image.

Finished the city blocks! Also added a faint city texture that I found... not too sure if it works at this stage. What do you think?

In the process of making the city blocks about a third of the original size. Very happy with the result so far, will upload the finished version as soon as it's done.

Fixed the location of the Arsenal neighbourhood and added the pulley cart line. Whoo! Thought about adding in all the minor canals, but they cluttered things up way too much so I just did the East Canal.
